About This Position

• Casual Position – up to 30 Hour Week
• Fully Qualified Beauty Therapist – 3 years minimum experience.
• Excellent retail skills
• Can work independently with experience
• Passionate in all aspects of beauty
• Warm personality and a positive attitude

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following:

• Hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy with minimum three years’ industry experience
• Sales target and KPI focus (skin treatment and products)
• Highly organized and mature minded
• Must be passionate about the Beauty industry
• Reliable and Honest
• Well-groomed and well presented
• Must have excellent retail skills
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have excellent customer service/conflict resolution skills
• Must be Positive and open minded
• Must pay close attention to detail and value quality of service delivery
• Superior knowledge of skin care ingredients, skin conditions and multiple product ranges
• Team work with flexibility
