Free-hand brow shaping, customised tints, lamination and the Elleebana lash lift.
Stencils and callipers give everyone in the room the same brow. We don't use them. Sophie maps the shape free-hand against your bone structure and the way the hair actually grows, then works to that — waxing, trimming and tweezing only what needs to go.
Fuller is almost always better. A brow that still has its own hair in it looks like it belongs on your face, and it grows back into shape instead of out of it.
Every shape finishes with concealer through the outline so you can see the result properly before you leave.

The full first appointment. We talk through what you want, look at the natural growth structure, then wax and tweeze into shape — finished with a customised tint. Book this one if you're new, or if you're growing out a shape you don't like.
Maintenance between reshapes. Trim, wax, tweeze, finished with concealer. Best booked every three to four weeks so the shape never has to be rebuilt from scratch.
A shape tidy plus a customised tint through the brow — the most-booked appointment in the room.
Colour matched to your hair rather than out of a bottle. Adds depth, defines the outline and fills small gaps. Includes trim, tweeze and concealer.
A hybrid dye sits on both the hair and the skin underneath, so sparse areas read as fuller for longer than a standard tint.
Lamination sets the hair upright and in one direction, which makes sparse or unruly brows read as fuller and neater. Ours includes the wax, the tint and a keratin finish, and lasts six to eight weeks.
The lift and set without any colour. For anyone with already-dark brows, or who reacts to tint.
Your own lashes, curled from the root with silicone rods and tinted. Lasts eight to twelve weeks, survives showering and swimming, and needs nothing done to it daily. A genuine alternative to extensions — including on short lashes.
Darkens the lash line so eyes look defined without mascara. Useful before a holiday or a run of early mornings.
Both, matched to each other, in one appointment.
No eye makeup, and no extensions still on. If extensions need removing we can do it, but it adds time and a small fee — easier to have them off beforehand.
You'll be lying down with your eyes closed for the full hour. Most people fall asleep.
No steam, hot showers, pools, spas or saunas for a day. No eye makeup either, waterproof mascara included. After that, there is nothing to do — no daily upkeep, no refills.
Come back around the six-week mark if you want the curl re-set before it drops out completely.
The Consultation & Signature Reshape. It's an hour, which is what a first shape actually needs, and the tint is included. After that you can drop back to the 20-minute tidy.
Every three to four weeks for a shape tidy. Any longer and the shape has to be re-established rather than maintained, which takes more hair off than it needs to.
No. The lamination is finished with a nourishing keratin treatment that leaves the hair conditioned. What does cause damage is over-lamination — going back too often — so we'll tell you when to wait.
Six to eight weeks, depending on your growth cycle and how you look after it. Don't wet the area for 24 hours, then brush the hair upwards daily.
Yes — short lashes are one of the best cases for it. Lifting from the root opens the eye in a way that mascara on a straight lash never manages.
Wait about six weeks. Applying extensions onto freshly lifted lashes works against the curl and neither treatment ends up looking right.
Live availability, treatment times and current pricing are all on the booking system.
