Skin doesn't respond well to guesswork. New clients can book a 30-minute skin consultation where we identify what's actually going on, then build a treatment plan and a homecare routine around it. It's free when booked alongside a treatment.
From there the treatment is chosen for the skin in front of us. Sometimes that's a peel. Often it's a deep cleanse and a change to what you're using at home first.
We work with Skinstitut for the clinical peels and esmi through the teen treatments, alongside a certified organic range for anyone who wants actives kept gentle.

Traditional facials
Deep Cleanse
Clears the build-up of oil, dead cells and debris that sits behind congestion and breakouts. Steam, exfoliation, extractions and a mask. The reset most skins need before anything more active.
Signature Facial
An hour built around your skin on the day, using active vitamins and serums selected to your concerns. Includes the face, shoulder and décolletage massage.
Teen Facial
Double cleanse with steam, an AHA/BHA exfoliating mask, a customised esmi booster mask, then serum, moisturiser and SPF. Designed for young skin without stripping it.
Organic facials
Organic Deluxe Facial
Massage, Gua Sha and lymphatic rolling to release tension and move stagnation through the face. Skin comes up lifted and awake rather than resurfaced.
Organic Plant Peel
A certified organic peel using enzyme and fruit-acid exfoliants with brightening antioxidants. Improves damage while natural moisturising factors leave the skin hydrated instead of tight.

Chemical peels
Peels exfoliate the outer layers and trigger the repair response underneath, which lifts collagen and hyaluronic acid production. Skin comes back smoother, firmer and more even. We use Skinstitut, and we step the strength up over a series rather than starting at the top.
AHA Enzyme Peel
Papain enzymes polish without irritating. Vitamin B3 supports the barrier while chamomile, B5 and hyaluronic acid calm and hydrate. The right starting point if you think your skin is too delicate for a peel.
Peel Accelerator
A balanced AHA blend of lactic, glycolic and L-mandelic acids that decongests and brightens. Particularly good for acne-related marking and mild pigmentation. Can be intensified with vitamin C for sun-damaged skin.
Ageless Peel
Cosmeceutical-grade vitamin A with an exfoliating AHA blend and an amino acid and ceramide complex. Works in the deeper layers to normalise cell turnover; marine collagen smooths the surface.
Skin needling
Controlled micro-injury that pushes collagen production and cell renewal. It's the strongest thing we offer for scarring, deep pigmentation, stretch marks and ageing — and it works as a course, not a one-off.

Before you book
Do I have to have the consultation first?
Not for a straightforward facial. For peels, needling or anything you want results from over time, yes — we won't put actives on skin we haven't looked at. The consultation is free when it's booked with a treatment.
Will I be peeling afterwards?
Depends on the treatment. Facials, microdermabrasion, the organic peel and the AHA Enzyme Peel have no downtime. The Peel Accelerator and Ageless Peel give minimal to slight peeling. Skin needling has the longest recovery — expect redness on the day and a few days of sensitivity.
How many treatments will I need?
One facial will make your skin look better that week. Changing pigmentation, scarring or texture takes a course — usually four to six treatments spaced a few weeks apart, plus homecare. We'll tell you honestly what a single visit will and won't do.
How often should I have a facial?
Every four to six weeks suits most skins — roughly one full turnover cycle. More often than that only if we're working through a specific plan.
Is there anything you need to know beforehand?
Yes. Tell us if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, using prescription retinoids or acne medication, have had recent injectables or laser, or have any allergies. Some treatments get adjusted or postponed, and it's easier to know before you're on the bed.
Should I wear makeup to my appointment?
Doesn't matter — we double cleanse before anything else. Come straight from work if that's what works.
