Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
By Registering as a Member or by or claiming any Member Benefit, you agree to be bound by, and your participation in Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Rewards Program will be governed by, these Terms and Conditions.

1) Membership
a. To become a valid Member, you must be an individual and have a current Australian residential address.
b. There is no joining fee or any ongoing annual fee to become or remain a Member.
c. We may refuse or cancel an application for Membership for any reason.
d. There is a limit of one membership per person.
e. Membership is non-transferable.
f. It is your responsibility to keep your personal details updated by logging onto your online Account or calling the store 02 9823 2308. If you do not keep your personal details up to date, we may not be able to offer, or provide you, with Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Points.

2) Joining the program
a. All clients at Sophie’s Beauty Room will automatically join the loyalty program.

3) Earning Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Points – You can earn Sophie’s Beauty Room Points as follows:
a. You will earn a minimum of 1 (one) Point for every whole dollar you spend at Sophie’s Beauty Room
b. 100 (one hundred) Sophie’s Beauty Room loyalty Points is equal to three (3) Sophie’s Beauty Room Dollars.
c. Sophie’s Beauty Room loyalty dollars redeemed as a discount on a transaction do not earn points.
d. There is no maximum points value for your account.
e. Sophie’s Beauty Room may at their sole discretion and at any time change, add to, or make deletions to the list of qualifying or participating Sophie’s Beauty Room products that attract bonus points
f. Sophie’s Beauty Room may at their sole discretion and at any time change, add to, or make deletions to the multiplier offers for Membership Status Tiers.

4) Redeeming Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Points
a. Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Points can only be redeemed for treatments
b. You must have a minimum 1000 Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty points before you are able to redeem treatments/services.
c. The total points required to redeem a treatment/service are in the Sophie’s Beauty Room treatments menu.
d. A treatments loyalty point value is calculated by the value of the treatment.
e. Points are valid for 12 months.

5) General terms and conditions
a. Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Points are personal to you and are not transferable, unless we notify you otherwise.
b. Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Points may not be accrued or used for any Business Transaction or other commercial or not-for-profit association purposes.
c. We do not exchange or refund Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Points for anything else, including for cash or gift cards.
d. We may reverse (debit) or cause to be reversed, any Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Points which have been allocated (credited) to you where you have returned the goods or you have been refunded for the goods or services in respect of which those Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Points were earned, or if there are other grounds which we consider reasonably justify a reversal, including, without limitation, Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Points credited erroneously or fraudulently or earned through fraudulent means. Sophie’s Beauty Room reserves the right to determine whether the Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Points are valid and can be redeemed.

6) Tracking your Points balance
a. To track your Points balance, you can check your Account on the Website, or by calling the salon 02 9823 2308.
b. It may take up to 48 hours for any Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Points to be shown in your Online Account.

7) Opting out of Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Rewards Program
You may opt out of the Loyalty rewards Program at any time by sending an email to marketing@sophiesbeautyroom.com.au

8) Privacy & Communications
a. Privacy – We collect, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with Sophie’s Beauty Room website Terms and Conditions, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Sophie’s Beauty Room may amend the website Terms and conditions from time to time accordingly the changes will flow to these Terms and Conditions. By Registering as a Member or by utilising any Membership Facilities such as claiming any Member Benefit, you acknowledge that you understand and agree that we will collect, use, store your personal information in accordance with the terms and conditions of the website Sophie’s Beauty Room .
b. Communications – Without limiting any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, you agree that we may send you direct marketing communications and tailored advertising via various channels and media (including, without limitation, by email, SMS, phone, mail, or via ads on social media or websites) where you have not opted out of Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty program. Your agreement is deemed to be effective until such time as you opt out of Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty program. Tailored advertising is, as its name suggests, advertising that is specifically tailored to particular types of groups or customer segments based on members’ attributes, behaviour or preferences. Tailored advertising is facilitated through the use of cookies and other digital technologies. For more information, please see our website terms and conditions. You can also block or disable cookies by adjusting the privacy settings in your web browser. If you adjust your settings to disable session and certain persistent cookies, you may find that the websites you visit have limited or restricted functionality.

09) Changes to Terms and Conditions and Termination
a. Sophie’s Beauty Room reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate these Terms and Conditions or Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Rewards Program at any time.
b. Sophie’s Beauty Room will give advance notice of any such circumstance on our Website or you can obtain such details by calling the Salon allowing you to cancel your Membership within the period of that advance notice.
c. Where we change the Terms and Conditions, a copy of the revised Terms and Conditions will be available on the Website or can be obtained by calling the Salon.

11) Definitions:
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the following meaning:
Account means your personal online Sophie’s Beauty Room account to which you log in through the Website or any other means which is authorised by us, including, without limitation, by logging into any smartphone applications or digital wallets.
Business Days means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or official public holiday in New South Wales.
Business Transaction means the purchase of goods online.
Excluded Purchases means items or services sold online at Sophie’s Beauty Room that may be prohibited by applicable State or Federal law form accruing a points benefit.
Member means a person who has Registered their membership using the process or by accepting an applicable offer they are deemed to have joined Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Rewards Program
Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Points are benefits which we specify from time to time in connection with Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Rewards Program including, without limitation, Points, Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Dollars, the other Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Points specified in clause 5 of these Terms and Conditions and any other benefits we may make available to Members from time to time.
Membership Facility means any means by which you access Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Rewards Program (including any Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Points) including, but not limited to, online at Sophie’s Beauty Room , the website or any other smartphone application or digital wallet authorised by us.
Online means Sophie’s Beauty Room
Participating Products means such products as advertised from time to time for which you can earn Points (as advertised in respect of the products) when you purchase those products.
Points means a sub-unit of Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Dollars, whereby 100 (one hundred) Points equals 3 (THREE) Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Dollar which equals AUD $3.
Promotional Bonus Points offer means products that are advertised from time to time that accrue additional points when purchased.
Registered means that you have registered your interest in Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Rewards Program membership process in store.
Terms and Conditions means this document, and any other documents referred to in it.
Website means the online website at Sophie’s Beauty Room including Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Rewards Program incorporated in Sophie’s Beauty Room
Sophie’s Beauty Room means W Turner trading as Sophie’s Beauty Room ABN 26645576956
Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Dollars, Loyalty Dollars and Sophie’s Beauty Room
Loyalty Dollars balance means the deemed current value held in your Account following your purchases online otherwise accumulated by you under these Terms and Conditions, which may be accrued and redeemed as described in clause 3 and 4.
Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Rewards Program means the customer loyalty program we designate as such from time to time.
References
In these Terms and Conditions, reference to: “we”, “our” and “us” are references to Sophie’s Beauty Room and references to “you” and “your” are references to the individual who Registered as a member of Sophie’s Beauty Room Loyalty Rewards Program, or whose membership is deemed to have accrued through the use of any Membership Facilities such as a registered user of the online website who has sought to earn, access or accrue a Membership benefit.
