Sophie has been shaping brows in Sydney's south‑west since 2011. Skin and body treatments came later, once enough regulars were asking. Nothing here got added because it was trending.
The room is small on purpose. One client at a time, appointments spaced so nothing overlaps, and no pressure at the end to buy something you didn't come in for.
Plenty of the people in that chair have been coming for years. Some of them bring their daughters now.

One client at a time
Appointments are spaced with real time against them. Nobody gets rushed off the bed because the next person is waiting, and there is no next person waiting.
Nothing gets sold at you
If a product or a course of treatments will genuinely help, we'll say so once and leave it there. If a single facial is all you need, we'll tell you that too.
Honest about what's achievable
Some things change in one appointment. Scarring, pigmentation and brow regrowth don't. We'd rather set the expectation properly at the start than have you disappointed at the end.
The same face each time
Request whoever you saw last. Continuity matters — especially for brows, where the shape is a long game rather than a single appointment.
